How long will it take my order to ship?
Earrings-We work hard to ship out earring orders within 24-48 hours excluding weekends.
Business Card Holders
Unengraved-We can ship out within 24-48 hours excluding weekends.
Personalized/Custom Engraving-We will generate a proof for your approval within 24 hours. Then you will have 48 hours to respond back with approval or with corrections. Once approved our goal is to ship within 48 hours excluding weekends. If you need your order expedited please contact us and we will do the best we can.
Orders shipped within the United States will have a delivery window of 2-7 days once shipping confirmation has been sent.
Uniquely Mesquite cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to postal carrier, inclement weather, natural disasters, holidays or custom delays. Shipping costs are calculated based on the packaging, weight, and USPS shipping rates.

Do you take returns or exchanges?
Upon receiving the item, if there is any unforeseen damages during shipping please contact us upon arrival to discuss any resolution. If item is to be returned, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item. No refunds will be issued on custom engraved orders after proof approval.
Can you engrave other professional or collegiate logos?
NO, each of these are protected by copyright and any reproduction without prior approval is in violation of their license.
We are licensed through Texas A&M University to use their logos on our business card holders.
Can you engrave on other products you do not make (ie: cutting boards)?
We do offer our engraving services to local customers. If you are local to the Wichita Falls area and have an item you would like personalized you can reach out to us.
